Adult and Cadet Beginner’s Course Jan 2026

Join us for a 6 week adult and cadet (over 14 years) beginner’s course, where you will get a taste of all aspects of traditional Japanese Jujitsu. Each week we we will show a variety of techniques including throws, take downs, ground holds and grappling, joint locking, and the use of and defence against weapons (Bo, knife, tonfa, short stick etc). All shapes and sizes welcome, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve when you try! Don’t miss this great opportunity to try something new!
